This Trainee Recruitment Headhunter role will have the following responsibilities:
- Highlighting and contacting trainee accountants at their place of work to introduce our services and to arrange a conversation about their future career options
- Making contact via phone, email, text and social media platforms, although this is predominantly a phone-based role
- Building a talent pool by mapping potential candidates who would be of interest to their clients
- Working in partnership with experienced team of consultants raising awareness and filling the roles available
- Market research will be essential to hunt any new roles in the market
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes and exposure:
- A previous exposure in sales would be advantageous however not essential
- Bright, enthusiastic and target driven
- A strong and effective communicator, keen to make an immediate impact
