Telesales Business Development
The main purpose of the role is to contact well researched and qualified prospects to make appointments with their Decision Makers for our Business Development Manager.
The successful candidate will be focused, driven and determined with the confidence to make those calls.
The candidate will be responsible for making high volume and high quality outbound calls to introduce the company's products and services. You will identify research, pursue, and make new business appointments of specified size and value over the phone.
Full training will be given, however you must be a confident self-motivator who is professional with a good telephone manner & great communication skills.
- Qualifying leads for business development manager
- Arranging appointments
- Using database of qualified leads to arrange appointments
- Previous business development and telesales experience required
- Full time 8.30-5pm 1 hour lunch 1-2pm
Temp rate £8-8.50 per hour
Temp to Perm role after the first 12 weeks
£17K + Commission flat payments for finding appointments
Successful permanent candidate will be eligible for quarterly bonus
