Siamo Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to join a busy estate and property management office based in Nuneaton.
The role will involve a great deal of client contact so the ideal applicant must have excellent people skills.
Duties will include:
Meeting vendors and potential purchasers
Arrange and carry out valuations of properties
Draw up and provide all sale particulars
Arrange and carry out property viewings
Achieve agreed targets in property viewings and sales
Be actively involved in the negotiation processes for all sales
Deal with all enquiries
Actively promote and market the company
Applicants will need to have a professional, personable and presentable approach and be able to demonstrate sales skills in order to sell available properties.
The role also entails administration work so applicants must possess IT skills, be highly organised with the ability to achieve agreed deadlines, possess good communication skills and be an excellent timekeeper.
A full clean driving license is essential together with the use of own car.
Salary and excellent commission on sales will be discussed upon interview
