The key elements of the position include:
- Identify and qualifying leads
- Making the initial call to potential new clients
- Building and maintaining relationship with customers via calls/email and when appropriate face to face
- Negotiate and establish pricing
- Create proposals for customers
- Closing sales and managing the end to end process
- Representing the brand at trade shows/ events and demos
- Identify key target markets, carry out market research
- Keeping up to date with competitor information
- Establishing the initial requirements
- Thinking 'outside the box' and decision making
The ideal candidate will be:
- Someone who is Pro active and entrepreneurial
- Strong background in sales - business development and lead generation
- Tenacious and target driven
- Confident cold calling
- Experience in Aviation Industry ideal
