Senior Administration Officer / Analyst
Mission and Main Objectives
To provide PA support to two Directors and general admin support to a number of Managers and their departments.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
PA support to include:
- Diary management, Meeting arrangement, Travel co-ordination, Expense submission, Budget management, Report preparation
Admin support to include:
- Document distribution, Post collection, Photocopying, General admin duties
Background & Experience
- Educated to a good GCSE level with grade 3/C or above in English and Maths.
- PA background
- Experience in a busy office environment with a high workload
- Willingness to learn in a multi-cultural environment
Minimum Education Required
Specific Technical Skills
- Must be fully proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook
