We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with an extremely successful provider of insurance products who are growing month on month, they're looking to expand their current administrative team within the business who process policies accurately and effectively ensuring their clients receive the best possible experience.
This role is massively varied where attention to detail is key. You'll quickly become a vital part of our clients successful process creating, quoting and logging a range of policies.
This role will have the following responsibilities:
- Liaising with customers and broker via the phone and emails
- Validate and process policies effectively and efficiently
- Completing mid-term adjustments
- Reviews and renewals of customers policies
- Sending out claim forms for customers
- Printing of Policy Schedules/ Terms and Conditions
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following:
- Previous exposure within administration / customer service roles
- Exposure within insurance would be advantageous however not essential
- Confident communicator
- A high attention to detail with accurate keyboard skills
- Ability to work with all Microsoft Office packages (including Excel)
