Customer Service Advisor
Siamo Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant for a permanent position at a thriving local business.
Our client is looking for an experienced customer service colleague to join their team and assist them in delivering the highest standard of service to their customers. The role will also include some administrative duties as required.
Annual Salary - £16,500
Excellent hours of work: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
- Previous customer service and administrative experience required
- Previous experience in both inbound and outbound calls
- Confident speaking to a range of staff
- Be able to actively listen to customers queries and quickly understand their needs
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite
- Contribute to the success of the team - but also be driven to work independently and use own initiative
