We have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to work within a Global Logistics Company.
This role will be based in a the companies new site in Leicester. **Please note that due to relocation of the company to Leicester the first few weeks will be based in Rugby for training and handover.
This position comes with the working hours of 9am - 14:30pm, Monday to Friday.
As Accounts Administrator you will have daily responsibility for all accounting aspects for the company. This will involve, matching purchase orders and delivery notes and inputting the dat accurately onto a database; raising sales invoices and issuing them to customer in a timely manner. You will be carrying out a wide variety of clerical duties including managing and controlling the company's stationary inventory and raising purchase orders when required. As well as other related tasks.
To be considered for this role you must possess the following:
- A driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Experience of working with accounts payable
- Experience within a similar accounts admin role.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise your workload
- Excellent organisational skills.
We are looking for someone to start in February to carry out a full month's hand over at the current Rugby based site and the moving over to Leicester.
