We are currently looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join our client in Cranfield - they are seeking someone to join their Administration team to provide excellent customer service and support staff across site.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Co-ordinate Test Vehicle Fleet paperwork, to include tax, MOT, servicing, insurance Liaise with suppliers and raise/receipt purchase orders Co-ordination of new starter/leaver paperwork Monitor holidays for contract staff Health & Safety support to include ensuring standards in the section are met, ordering first aid items General administration duties including support for the Management Team
Background & Experience
The candidate is required to have excellent customer service and organisational skills with the ability to handle a high workload and prioritise their output.
Attention to detail is key in this role. Also a willingness to learn in a multi-cultural environment
Minimum Education Required
Educated to a good GCSE level with grade 4 or above in English and Maths
European Language: English-Fluent
